Before you start.

How quickly do I get my plan after applying?

48 hours from when you submit the intake form. Plan lands in your inbox as a 6-page PDF — macros, 28 meals, grocery list, prep notes, weekly structure. If you applied on a Wednesday, you're starting Monday.

What if I'm vegan / lactose intolerant / hate broccoli?

That's the whole point. Every plan is built around your dietary restrictions, allergies, foods you actually like, and your weekly food budget. No generic templates. Tell me on intake — I build around it.

I work FIFO / shift work — can this still work?

It's literally designed for that. I coach FIFO miners, shift workers, parents juggling chaotic schedules. The Friday-to-Sunday cycle is built to flex around your roster — even if you're switching from days to nights.

Do I need a gym?

For nutrition only ($30/wk) — no. For nutrition + training ($50/wk) — I build the programme around your equipment. Full commercial gym, home setup with dumbbells, hotel gym, bodyweight only — all workable.

What about injuries?

Tell me on intake. I'll build around them. Most of my current clients have something — knee osteoarthritis, lower back issues, sciatica, post-surgery rehab. The plan adapts. That's the entire point.

How do payments work?

Weekly subscription via Stripe. Charged automatically every Friday. Cancel anytime from your account — no lock-in, no contract. Apple Pay doesn't work with Stripe subscriptions — use a debit or credit card.

What if I miss a check-in?

I'll chase you. If you're properly off the rails (new job, illness, life chaos) — tell me, we pause delivery for a week. Subscription keeps ticking but plans pause until you're ready. Honest works better than ghosting.
